  1. Fold and hold your cup with clean hands.
  2. Insert your cup toward your tailbone.
  3. Let it open and rotate it slightly, creating a light seal.

  1. Relax and find the base of your cup with your fingers.
  2. Pinch the base of the cup to break the seal.
  3. Remove & empty.

PRO TIP: Your first few times, practice removing it in the shower.

  1. During your cycle, wash your cup with cold water and Saalt wash.
  2. After your cycle, boil 4-5 minutes to sanitize.
